An application to convert a section of stables at an equestrian centre has been approved.
The plans to change the building at Stapleford Lodge Equestrian Centre in Tysea Hill into an office and staff accommodation were given the go-ahead by Epping Forest District Council’s planning committee on Wednesday.
The accommodation would allow staff members to maintain a constant presence at the lodge and provide added security to the site, which is home to a number of valuable livery horses, according to applicant Christine Port.
