A leisure centre is due to open this weekend after a £3.4m refurbishment.
Leytonstone Leisure Centre, formerly called Cathall Leisure Centre, will open for the first time on Saturday since closing on November 4 last year.
The centre, in Cathall Road, Leytonstone, will host an open weekend on Saturday and Sunday, where people can view the facilities for free.
Improvements, part of Waltham Forest council’s £24.5m investment in leisure facilities across the borough, include a new reception, refurbishment of the gym and pool, and two new badminton courts.
New changing rooms, two new dance studios and a crèche area will also be available.
