The public have an opportunity to discuss crime in Epping Forest with the Essex Police Commissioner and head of district policing at a meeting tonight.
Nick Alston and Chief Inspector Denise Morrissey will be available to answer questions, along with representatives from the Community Safety Partnership, at Epping Forest College in Borders Lane Loughton, from 6.30pm.
Mr Alston said: "I encourage everyone who lives in Epping Forest district to come along to the meeting and raise the issues that matter to them around crime and policing.
"We’ll also be discussing what the new local policing plans recently announced by the Chief Constable will mean for the area.
"If you care about keeping Epping Forest safe, please come along to the meeting and be part of the debate.”
