Yoxball Golf Society, based in Redbridge, presented Chigwell Riding Trust with the cheque, last week.
A riding trust received a £1,150 donation from members of a golf society.
Yoxball Golf Society, based in Redbridge, presented Chigwell Riding Trust, a charity which teaches people with disabilities how to ride, with the cheque last week.
The club, which last year raised £1000 for Barnado's, raised the money over the year with tournaments at courses across the area
Yoxball Golf Society Captain Howard Cravitz said: "We are just a bunch of guys who enjoy our golf and do whatever we can to help a worthy cause."
The society will be raising money for Haven House Children's Hospice in 2015.
