A disability charity has celebrated its 30th anniversary.
More than 90 families, staff, friends and supporters of Accuro, which provides respite care, holiday and Saturday clubs and a youth group for people with disabilities in and around Epping Forest, celebrated their 30th birthday last week with a party.
Guest speaker John Clements, a British clinical psychologist who specialises in the field of developmental disabilities and in particular autism, spoke about his work with the families.
He said: “It was an honour and a privilege to be part of Accuro’s celebration.”
