Police in Waltham Forest are appealing for help in identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself in public.
Suspect 162060 is wanted for indecent exposure in the Hollow Ponds area of Whipps Cross Road, Leytonstone.
A woman in her 30s was walking her dog around the boating lake at around midday on October 18 when the man approached her and exposed himself.
The photo was taken on a smartphone by another passer-by and supplied to the police.
It has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
