A halloween fright hike has raised over £20,000 for charity.
More than 150 people participated in this years global adventure challenge in what is rumored to be one of the most haunted spots in the UK.
The 30km overnight walk which took place at the weekend in Epping Forest in areas such as Hangman's Hill, known for its paranormal activity, and the trail reputed to be the home of the ghost of notorious highwayman Dick Turpin.
UK Events Co-ordinator Rebecca Davison said: "It was a fantastic night, the weather was great and stayed dry which meant that people were in good spirits.
"Everyone made a 110 per cent effort and trekkers had really gone to town on their fancy dress costumes.
"Many thanks to everyone who took part and made it such a special Halloween night. We’re already looking forward to Fright Hike 2015."
