Punching and kicking for charity
A kickboxing school run by a pair of sisters is to hold a fancy dress charity event to raise money for Children In Need.
Zoe and Kerry Hughes run Energize Kickboxing in North Weald and next week they will be holding a sponsored fancy dress “kickathon” and “punchathon”, in which pupils compete to see how many times they can kick or punch in one class.
The event is open to anyone and is being held at North Weald village hall, November 11 at 7.30pm.
