A museum currently undergoing a renovation has been targeted by burglars.
The Pumphouse Museum, housed in the former Victorian waste water pumping station in South Access Road, Walthamstow, was broken into by three men at around 10.30pm on October 20.
The burglars forced their way into the museum through the main entrance using a tool and then raided the canteen, stealing petty cash and a £4 box of muffins.
The cost of repairs to the window and door damaged in the raid was around £100.
The Pumphouse Museum is currently closed to the public as it undergoes work.
It is scheduled to re-open on March 1 next year.
The CCTV has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Waltham Forest police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
