Primary school pupils have created wall murals based on two children's books.
The 10 to 11-year-olds from Chigwell School in High Road, CHigwell created the colourful murals this week in an art workshop run by artist, designer and teacher, Emma Collins.
The two year six classes focused on themes following either 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' by Eric Carle or 'Elmer the Elephant' by David McKee.
Chigwell School Head of Junior Art Claire Tilbrook said: "The results are a vibrant and exciting display which will enchant and delight all the young pupils that visit the library, hopefully for many years to come."
