Man cut from car following crash
A man was cut free from his car after colliding with a telegraph pole.
Two fire engines from Ongar and Leaden Roding attended the scene in Dunmow Road, Fyfield, at 3.15am following reports of a 19-year-old man trapped in his car after a crash.
Crews used two sets of specialised cutting equipment to free the man.
He was treated at the scene before being transferred to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow.
The extent of his injuries are currently unknown.
