Man taken to specialist unit after collapsing
A man was taken to a specialist care unit after collapsing at the weekend.
Air, land and rapid response ambulances were called to the scene in Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, at around 2.20pm on Saturday.
Crews attended following reports of a man in his 40s collapsing and suffering a head injury.
Paramedics treated the patient at the scene before transferring him to a specialist unit at Queens Hospital in Romford for further care.
