A festive morning of coffee and mince pies is being held to raise money for a local charity.
Epping Forest ReUse is holding the event on December 12 at its offices in the Bower Hill Industrial Estate, Epping, to raise money for the Epping based Rhys Daniels Trust and its “Home from Home” appeal.
Home from Home provides free accommodation for families of children with serious illnesses, so that families can remain with their children when they are receiving treatment away from home.
No tickets are required for the event but visitors are invited to make a donation.
Lee Tant, supervisor at Epping Forest ReUse, said: “We think they are a very worthwhile charity and we have had a number of people talking about it and looking forward to it.
“It should be a great day.”
