A man is set to appear in court tomorrow accused of threatening behaviour towards a former The Only Way Is Essex star.
John Daniel Lyons, 28, of The Chequers in Buckhurst Hill, will appear in front of magistrates accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with the intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence towards Francesca Essex on October 16.
Lyons will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow.
