An ambulance has been involved in a crash.
The accident, at the junction of Lea Bridge Road with Woodford New Road, Snaresbrook Road and Forest Rise, is causing congestion in the area.
Two vehicles have been involved, including an ambulance and a white car.
The accident is around 300 yards from where a cyclist was hit on Monday.
It is not clear if there were any injuries.
The ambulance appears to have been heading away from Whipps Cross University Hospital.
