Public toilets nominated for the 2014 Loo of the Year award have been re-opened.
The Baker’s Lane public facilities behind Marks and Spencer in Epping had been closed since Monday, when they were shut down due to an insufficient water supply and poor conditions.
Epping Town supervisor Bill Towers said that poor water supply had been an issue at the toilets for some time and blamed an aging sewage system for the problems.
