The two Wanstead schools will hold their Christmas fairs next week.
Two primary schools have announced their Christmas fairs will take place next week.
Both Wanstead Church School, in Church Path, and Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, in Chestnut Drive, will hold their annual Christmas events next Saturday.
Between 11am and 2.30pm, children will be able visit Santa’s grotto and take part in Christmas crafts at Wanstead Church School.
For adults, there will also be a stall from The Duke pub, serving mulled wine and homemade mince pies.
Our Lady of Lourdes will have a snowboard simulator along with a Santa appearance and arts and crafts, including face painting, between 12pm and 4pm.
It will also have a stall celebrating food and cultures from all over the world.
