A man was airlifted to hospital after falling down a flight of stairs.
Two ambulances and an air ambulance attended the scene in Blackmore Road, Buckhurst Hill, at just after 9.45am on Saturday following reports of a man in his 80s falling and hitting his head.
He was airlifted to the major trauma unit at the Royal London Hospital.
