Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked outside a pub.
The 32-year-old was taken to hospital with head injuries following the incident outside O’Grady’s in High Road, Ilford, at 8.15pm on Sunday.
He remains in a serious condition.
A 31-yeear-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after he attended a police station.
