Monsur Zaman will appear at court today.
A man accused of indecent exposure is due to appear at court today.
Monsur Zaman, 24, of Cobden Road, Leytonstone, is appearing at Thames Magistrates Court via prison video link charged over the offence.
He is accused of flashing on March 30 in Cookes Close, Leytonstone.
Police were called to the scene by a passer-by and he was arrested.
Mr Zaman pleaded not guilty at the same court on June 9.
