Residents are being invited to spend an intimate evening at the pub with two sporting legends.
Leytonstone born-and-educated Graham Gooch OBE and batsman Mike Gatting OBE, will be visiting The Napier Arms in Woodford New Road, South Woodford, on February 12.
The evening has been organised by Sporting Celebrities in support of Haven House Children's Hospice in High Road, Woodford Green.
Both cricketers captained England and played a combined total of 197 test matches, scoring over 13,000 runs.
They will be talking about their professional careers and England's chances in the upcoming World Cup, and will host a silent auction and raffle draw.
Doors open at 7pm and the event starts at 8pm.
The pub regularly opens its door to sporting celebrities in aid of Haven House.
Last month, it opened its door to Arsenals' Perry Groves and Nigel Winterburn, and Tottenham's Micky Hazard and Graham Roberts.
