Hillyfield Academy's park site has been closed for two days
A school has been closed for the rest of the week for ‘health and safety reasons’.
Hillyfield Academy’s Park site in Aveling Road, Walthamstow has been shut since yesterday to pupils and staff due to an emergency.
However, no full explanation has been given.
Pupils and parents have been told to check the website on Sunday for an update.
Hillyfield is one of the biggest primary schools in the country with two sites in the borough.
