Police in Waltham Forest have released CCTV footage of a thief after he targeted an ATM user.
Suspect 166537 is wanted in connection with theft at Barclays Bank in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, on December 1.
A 59-year-old woman was using the cash machine when she was distracted and her bank card subsequently taken.
The thief withdrew £200 cash before her account was blocked.
The CCTV has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
