Thames Magistrates Court.
A man accused of possessing heroin is to appear in court today.
Raqeeb Mohammed Rafiq, 41, of Antill Road, Tottenham, will stand accused of the drug offence at Thames Magistrates Court.
In the evening of November 19, police claim they saw Mr Rafiq acting suspiciously in Green Grove Road, Leytonstone.
After conducting a search they are said to have found two wraps of heroin his pocket.
Mr Rafiq will enter a plea today.
