The meeting will take place at Leytonstone United Free Church.
The first meeting in the planning of an annual event aimed at boosting local trade and promoting artists will take place tomorrow.
The ninth Leytonstone Arts Trail will take place in the first week of July and organisers are inviting people interesting in getting involved to attend.
It will involve exhibitions in Leytonstone cafes, shops, pubs, studios, galleries, homes, parks and gardens.
Free refreshments will be available a the meeting at 7pm tomorrow at Leytonstone United Free Church, in Wallwood Road.
