An application to turn a former upholstery shop into an off-licence has been withdrawn.
The licensing committee at Waltham Forest council were set to meet this morning to discuss the future of 93 Shernhall Street in Walthamstow.
Mrs Guler Nacar had put in an application to turn it into a shop.
Permission was being requested to open the shop on the corner of Burns Close between 7am and 11pm daily.
The application was withdrawn and the meeting cancelled.
