Thames Magistrates Court.
A man is due to be sentenced today after admitting stealing a pair of headphones and Calvin Klein jacket costing £116 from a shop.
Tomas Freimanas, 32, of Bulwer Road, Leytonstone, pleaded guilty at Thames Magistrates Court last week.
On Boxing Day morning, Mr Freimanas walked into TK Maxx in Marshall Road, Leyton, and attempted to flee after placing the stock into his bag.
Before he could exit the store he was detained by security staff and the police were called.
He will appear at the court today.
