CCTV has been released of two pickpockets who stole a phone from a woman as she queued at an off-licence.
Police are hunting the men following the theft incident at Forest Road Supermarket in Forest Road, Walthamstow, on December 11 at around 3.30pm.
A Sony Experia M2 smartphone worth £250 was taken from the shopper's pocket as she queued to pay for goods by the till.
It is understood the store was very busy at the time.
The CCTV has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
