A woman was punched in the back of head and robbed on an estate.
The incident happened on Wednesday on Milwards Estate in Paringdon Road, on the border of Nazeing and Epping Green.
At around 7.15pm woman was approached from behind and punched in the back of her head by a man who stole her mobile phone.
Police would like to speak to people who saw anyone acting suspiciously around the time of the robbery.
They would also like to speak to anyone who saw two men in the area.
They describe the first man as white, around 5ft 10ins, with dark hair, a narrow face and a skinny build. He was wearing jogging bottoms.
The second man is described as around 5ft 8ins, of slim build and dark hair.
