A man has been hospitalised following a serious collision.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene in Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey at just after 11.30am after reports of a two vehicle collision.
The vehicles involved are believed to be a dustbin lorry and motorcycle.
A man was treated on the scene for head and chest injuries.
He has been taken in a serious condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow for further treatment.
