A woman has been given a conditional discharge after admitting to the theft of £415 worth of goods from Marks and Spencer.
Jane Wendy Canavan, 45, of Parklands in Coopersale, Epping, appeared in Basildon Magistrates Court accused of stealing the make up and jewellery from the franchise in Lakeside shopping centre in Grays on January 26.
She was given a conditional 12 month discharge following a guilty plea.
