A man is due to appear in court tomorrow accused of drink driving.
Algerta Kaushaf, 34, of Southwell Grove Road, Leytonstone, will appear at court accused of driving while over the limit for alcohol.
In the early hours of January 31, Mr Kaushaf was on the A12 southbound in the Blackwall Tunnel in his Porsche Caynne when police pulled his car over.
He was breathalysed and found to have 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The limit is 80.
He will be enter his plea at Thames Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
