CCTV has been released of a thief who stole a sat nav system from a car.
The man is wanted in connection with theft after a Tom Tom system, valued at around £100, was stolen from a silver Toyota Yaris parked in the car park of Wesleyan Christian Centre in Harrow Green, Leytonstone.
The theft took place on January 4 at around 12.30pm. Police say there were no signs of damage and it is not clear how the cra was broken into.
Footage shows the thief walking away from the scene and then turning around and walking back.
It has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
