The group are believed to be those who moved from a community college site last weekend.
Travellers have moved to land beside a motorway.
The caravan, which is believed to be that which moved from a site outside Epping Forest College in Borders Lane, Loughton, last weekend, has set up a kennel for dogs and puppies on the land off of Chigwell Lane near the M11 in Debden.
The travellers, which are believed to be the same group which left a fridge freezer, burnt waste, bin bags and rotting food on the community college site, have also set up a ladder with a television satellite attached.
A gas cylinder is also present on the site.
Essex Police have had no reports from the land owners.
