Police in Waltham Forest have released CCTV footage of the moment two men tried to burgle a mobile phone shop.
The men targeted GSM Global in High Street, Walthamstow, on January 17.
They tried to force their way into the shop using a crowbar on three separate occasions between 1am and 4am.
After the third unsuccessful attempt, they are seen to give up and do not return.
Footage shows one of the suspects using a crowbar to try and force open the door.
It has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
