A man has been hospitalised after falling 20ft from a ladder.
Paramedics attended the scene in Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey, at around 11.30am yesterday following reports of a man in his 70s falling about 20ft.
A rapid response vehicle, an ambulance crew, and the Herts Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
The man, who suffered a broken leg, was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow for further treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
