The number of jobseekers in Waltham Forest has fallen again, according to the Office for National Statistics.
Over the last three months there has been a reported decline in the number of people applying for unemployment benefit.
There are currently 1,435 fewer people in Walthamstow claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance compared to 2010, a 36 per cent drop.
Molly Samuel-Leport, Conservative parliamentary candidate for Walthamstow has welcomed new figures stating they come as a result of the Conservative Party’s long term plan.
