A teenager who sexually assaulted a woman in her home and carried a kitchen knife in a school has been handed a community rehabilitation order.
The 14-year-old from Epping, who cannot be named, attacked the 53-year-old in her Epping home on June 26 last year.
He was also convicted of possessing a kitchen knife on the premises of Epping St John's School, in Bury Road, Epping, on June 11.
A charge of possessing a samurai sword in High Road, Epping, was dismissed during his trial last month.
The teenager appeared at Chelmsford Youth Court on Friday, where he was ordered to undertake a youth rehabilitation order including one year of unpaid work.
A restraining order was also imposed and he was ordered to pay £50 compensation.
