A thief has been caught on CCTV breaking into a Co-op store and stealing £250-worth of whisky.
The man pictured is wanted in connection with the burglary at the shop in Wood Street, Walthamstow, on January 26.
At around 3am, he forced up the electric shutter up before kicking through the bottom section of a glass door.
He then made his way to the till area where he stole £250 worth of whisky from behind the counter.
Police say he attempted to conceal his face using an umbrella.
The footage shows the burglar smashing through the window and climbing through on his knees.
It has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
