The parish council will award the citizen of the year on March 23.
North Weald Bassett Parish Council will present its annual Citizen of the Year award at the Annual Parish Assembly later this month.
Five nominations have been received for the Citizen of the Year award while two nominations have been put forward for the group award.
The meeting will also hear reports about the council's activities over the past year, as well as updates from the parish's district councillors.
The awards will be presented will be held at the Parish Hall, Thornwood Common on March 23.
