A young girl is in serious condition after being hit by car
A girl has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene in Mansfield Hill, Chingford, at around 8am following reports of an accident involving a 12-year-old girl and a car.
An ambulance crew and single responder unit treated the girl at the scene for head injuries.
She has been taken to the Royal London Hospital in a serious condition.
