A 26-year-old man has been charged with drug offences after being stopped by police in Walthamstow.
Bilal Hussain, of Livingstone Road in Walthamstow, was stopped by officers in Higham Hill Road at 10.15pm on February 26.
Later a warrant was executed at his home.
Mr Hussain was charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and cannabis, and driving while disqualified and without insurance.
He was remanded in custody after appearing at Thames Magistrates' Court on February 27.
He has since been remanded in custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on March 13 for trial.
