Secondary school pupils attended a child development exhibition yesterday.
Year 10 students at West Hatch High School in High Road, Chigwell, visited London’s Olympia in a bid to further their knowledge on younger years development as part of their Child Development class at the school.
The exhibition gave the students an opportunity to visit a range of stalls and demonstrations promoting Early Years education as well as the opportunity to use resources and pick up ideas.
Anjala Sharma, Head of CACHE Department at West Hatch High School, said: "These exhibitions provide opportunities for the pupils studying child development to pick up ideas and explore new products.
"If they develop their understanding of the early years sector, they will be more proficient in linking this to underpinning knowledge."
