A schoolgirl has been taken to hospital with a "nasty leg injury" following a collision with a van this morning.
Emergency services were called to Chingford Mount Road, Chingford, at 7.55am today (March 23).
A police spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a collision involving a van and a pedestrian. A 13-year-old girl sustained a nasty leg injury and has been taken to hospital.
"The van driver stopped at the scene. No arrests have been made."
