One casualty required further treatment following the crash
One person was taken to hospital following a crash involving two cars.
Paramedics were called to the incident in Gravel Lane, Chigwell, at around 10am yesterday.
Two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer attended the scene.
Both drivers suffered minor injuires.
One casualty required further treatment and was taken to Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone.
The road remained closed for two hours while the scene was cleared.
