An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who failed to attend court after pleading guilty to a serious assault.
Sentencing has been delayed for Jack Cleary, of Horseshoe Hill in Waltham Abbey. and Aaron Cadman, of Birchfield Road in Cheshunt, both 20, after Cadman did not appear at Basildon Crown Court yesterday (March 26).
Cadman missed another sentencing date on March 19 after both pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm on February 13.
Two men were left with head injuries after they were attacked by Cleary and Cadman in High Street, Brentwood, at 3am on April 26, last year.
Cleary has been present for both sentencing dates.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for Cadman ahead of a planned sentencing date of April 9.
