A thief has been barred from entering Waltham Forest ahead of his sentencing.
Dean Elliot, 33, repeatedly stole from Sainsbury’s in Church Lane, Leytonstone, in November and December 2014 and in January and February 2015.
Elliot, of Terling Close in Leytonstone, also took £270 of power tools from Homebase in Leytonstone in October 2014.
He was granted conditional bail at Thames Magistrates Court yesterday, banning him from the borough before he appears next at Snaresbrook Crown Court on April 14.
Elliot admitted stealing £900 of meat, alcohol and baby food.
On March 5 he pleaded guilty to nine counts of theft.
He also admitted common assault in Sainsbury’s.
It is not known where he is living following the ban.
