THREE go-peds were seized in a crackdown by the Higham Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team.
Police confiscated the bikes, arrested three teenagers and cautioned another in Manor Road, Walthamstow.
The bikes are illegal to use on the road and pavement. The seized ones were uninsured and untaxed, and some of the lights were broken or missing.
The campaign began after Christmas because 12 residents complained about the anti-social behaviour of the go-ped users in their area.
Sgt Martin Kirkby, of the Higham Hill SNT, urged parents not to buy go-peds for their children because they are illegal on pavements and roads and are not recognised by the DVLA.
