A popular pop-up deli has extended its stint in Walthamstow until the end of May.

Bestowed Kitchen which was named as one of the best temporary eating venues in the capital is to stay in Hoe Street after its recent fortnight of success.

A weekend deli will open every weekend serving fresh salads and treats.

E17 based ‘Bestowed Kitchen’ was set up less than a year ago, but has already made waves around Walthamstow with its menu and variations on traditional meals.

The pop-up deli-cafe is the brainchild of couple Jeremy Wood and Sabrina Floriani.

Councillor Clare Coghill, cabinet member for economic growth and high streets, said: “Our pop-up shop has provided a great opportunity for a host of different businesses and I am sure Bestowed Kitchen will enjoy their stint.

“It’s a brilliant way to get some exposure and to test out what you are doing. I would urge residents to get along to try out the delicious goodies, you won’t regret it.”

The pop-up will be open until May 23.
