There will be 30 classes for pets to enter.
A dog show is set to raise money for an animal rescue charity next month.
The Epping Forest District Council Companion Dog Show is set to take place in Town Mead Park, Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, on May 31.
The show will see prized pets battle for the title of top companion will a special German Shepherd Dog round for that breed only.
Rosettes will be awarded to dogs for 1st to 6th places in all 30 classes plus trophies for Best In Show, Reserve Best In Show, Best Puppy and Best Veteran.
The show will be in aid of the West Essex branch of German Shepherd Rescue.
A barbecue, bar and side attractions will also be at the event.
